Yes. Paper gift certificates will continue to be accepted. Certificates with an expiration stamp on the back must still be within their valid date. Certificates without an expiration stamp will continue to be honored.

No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Maolek Rewards points and employee discounts do not apply when buying a gift card. However, they do apply when redeeming it for purchases in-store.

Yes! If your total is more than your card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another form of payment.

No, EBT cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Yes. Cards and funds are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Treat your card like cash. Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Yes! Customers can purchase up to five (5) cards per transaction at the register. For larger quantities, please contact our Accounting Department at the Corporate Office to arrange a bulk order.

Absolutely. Just make sure the purchase is done separately from any other transactions.

Yes. Off-island customers can place an order through our Service Counter. The buyer must provide contact information and designate who will pick up the cards on Guam.

No, Pay-Less Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.

Yes! You can freely give your gift card as a gift. However, reselling gift cards for profit or for promotional purposes without Pay-Less’ approval is not allowed.

Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in the card being voided.
