The individual that is best fit for this position will have the following credentials and experiences:
2-3 years of experience using Quick Books
3-4 years of accounting experience in the areas of receivables and payables
Skilled in the use of standard software applications to include Microsoft Word and Excel
Maintaining and updating accounting software programs
Responsibilities to include but not limited to data entry, updating financial records, reconciling accounts, posting daily receivable collections, preparing bank deposits and daily check payments
Administrative duties to include but not limited to collections, writing letters, maintaining the manual filing system, and scanning
Strong, verbal, and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Has a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
